About the event

On Saturday December 2nd from 10am - 2pm, we'll be waiting with bells on to help you get a Christmas tree!  We'll have printed copies of the Ministry of Forests Christmas tree permits that you can fill out, along with some hot apple cider and helpers on site ready to help you cut and load your tree if you need a hand.  Mark your calendar and make sure you bring rope to fasten your tree securely to your vehicle.

The Location is in the BC Hydro Right-of-Way just east of Trout Lake.

  • From Sunshine Coast Highway, 400m South/East of Trout Lake, turn East up the Halfmoon Carlson FSR (towards Big Trees Recreation Site)
  • Find us under the powerlines about 400m ahead!
  • See where our logo is on the map

If you miss this event, find out about easily getting your own Christmas Tree permit online.
