Remembering A Friend

We at the Community Forest have lost a member of our family.  Sunday July 5th our logging contractor, John Phare, was killed while clearing danger trees at the Old Mine Site fire in Sechelt.  John had worked with the Community Forest for several years and was a hard working, trusted and respected contractor as well as a good friend to the Community Forest. We will miss him terribly.  Our deepest sympathies go out to his family and friends.
