Tendering for Timber Harvesting in Halfmoon Bay

HM64 and HM66-1A Timber Harvesting Contract Tendering


The Sunshine Coast Community Forest requires qualified, Safe Certified contractors interested in logging and hauling approximately 11,000m3 in the Halfmoon Bay area. It is anticipated that work would be undertaken starting February 23rd, through April 2026. In accordance with our Tendering Policy, bids are opened and reviewed in the presence of at least two of our Directors, and prioritizes safety and local employment.

Sealed Bids must be submitted by 10:00am on Tuesday, February 17th and may be submitted in person at our office during regular business hours, or by e-mail to info1@sccf.ca with a subject line indicating HM64 / HM66-1A Bid. Note: bid closing time was previously advertised as Monday February 16th but the office will be closed.
