2023 - 2028 Operating Plan Feedback Period

Our 2023 - 2028 Operating Plan has been released for a 30-day comment period ending December 21st, 2023 after a launch at the Seaside Center with approximately 25 community members.

In addition to new blocks on the plan for the first time in over 2 years, the planning documents have been updated to reflect work that has been done over the past year to integrate Ecosystem Based Management and Wildfire Risk Reduction into our operations. Introduced this year is also our participation in new a provincial portal aimed to improve information sharing and transparency in forestry planning in the province. We volunteered as an early adopter as we believe communities should be informed and involved in forestry planning and we hope you'll enjoy this new platform.
